taken in the past 24 hours.
What happens in case of an emergency?
In case of emergency, we will call 911 if needed and contact parents immediately. We conduct
monthly fire drills and have a written evacuation plan. All staff are trained in basic first aid
and CPR.
How do you handle allergies?
All allergies and medical conditions must be documented during enrollment. We take allergies very
seriously and work with families to ensure their child's safety. Please inform us immediately of
any new allergies or medical conditions.
📖 Policies & Procedures
Who can pick up my child?
Children will only be released to parents/guardians or individuals listed on the Authorized
Pick-Up List. Written permission is required to release your child to anyone not on this list,
and we may request identification at pick-up.
What is your behavior/discipline policy?
We use positive guidance techniques including redirection, modeling appropriate behavior,
encouraging problem-solving, and helping children express their feelings. We never use corporal
punishment or humiliation. See our handbook for complete details.
What is your biting policy?
We have a three-strike policy for biting. After the first bite, parents are notified. After the
second, we may schedule a family meeting. After the third bite, the child will be dismissed from
the program (temporarily or permanently, depending on circumstances).
Where can I read your full policies?
Our complete Parent Handbook is available on the Forms page. We encourage all families to read
it thoroughly before enrollment. You can also request a printed copy during your tour.
